I am a counsellor and psychotherapist in private practice in Oakville Ontario. My expertise is in relationships and my passion is to see people get their lives in balance so that they can reach their full potential as unique individuals. I work with people in all walks of life to help them clarify and achieve their goals, overcome obstacles, meet new challenges and define where they’re going in life. I know that life can be confusing and difficult so I would like an opportunity to walk with you and coach or counsel you as you navigate your own path in life. I offer family, marriage, pre-marital, and individual, (including adolescents) counseling and therapy.
